tell who is leading. Probably GT's, at least most of time.

[[margin]] XI 171 [[/margin]]. A single Hummingbird XI joined ---> this group. Hovered and flew about the outskirts of the group for at least 2 or 3 minutes. Then disappeared (before the group as a whole had moved off). It looks as if XI [[underline]] may [[/underline]] be definitely Allo-qugarious!!! Or, at least, fond of "escorting" in the same way as Dylossa [[spp?]].

Going down hill 5:03 pm

[[margin]] 35 [[/margin]]

5:20 pm. Down where Cy-WCC flock seen yesterday. Lee single All-[[sufous?]] [[Syuallosis?]] identification [[underline]] definite [[/underline]]) in low scrub. 1 ft up [[underline]] Apparently alone! [[/underline]]. Silent.

5:30. Between 8900-9000 ft. Catch glimpse very [[s--ed?]] flock in trees. Also in fog. All birds actually seen ranging 20-40 ft above ground. Group includes at least 1 PL [[Altapetes?]], at 1 [[Cuewoscopus?]], 2 Yellow faces, [[underline]] 1 Sooty Thrush [[/underline]]. There also is a Cy [[feug---?]] nearby. Then 6-7 [[Caciques?]] and 2 Blue & Blacks j---> group! [[Caciques?]] & Blue & Blacks definitely [[underline]] together [[/underline]] as they arrive. [[Caciques?]] [[underline]] stay [[/underline]] with group. Don't seem to bother the other birds at all. [[underline]] Hummingbird XI also j---> group [[/underline]] separately. Stays on outskirts.

Now see that group also includes tree [[--pers?]] and fly catchers (both unidentified).

ADDITION: The GT-Yellow-belly flock seen this afternoon also included at least 1 White-bearded [[Xycatiter?]]. Quiet. In trees, at approximately same level as GT's, Yellow-bellies, [[cotinges??]], etc.

REMARKS: The Sooty Thrush seems to be approximately as gregarious here as in [[-----que?]].
