See ruegle BT alone. 20 ft. up on tree. Alho ruegle "Pale-veuted Thrush" alone. 15 ft up in scrub. Then see single [[underline]] Palur [[/underline]] Tanager alone 30 ft up, top tall bare tree. Then see single CYR in cow scrub. There are also a lot of birds in scrub near CYr. Including at least 2 species flycatchers. But I can't tell if they are really associated with CYR or not.
Rain starting 3:27 p.m. More or less stopped 3:40 p.m. Then starts again. Stops again.
With each beginning of rain, there is a sudden outburst of bird noises. But nothing I recognize very well. Probably largely flycatchers
3:50. See some more BT's alone.
See single "Pale-vented Thrush" 25 ft up in tree. Then see pair PST's flying from tree to tree. 15-20 ft. up. Both species alone.
4:20. Scrub along little side-stream. Hear what seems to be [[underline]] Pyratidea [[/underline]] singing.
[[left margin B8]] B8's certainly do not seem to be permanent residents in this particular area!
   Leaving 4:30 p.m.

Arrive the brightest area (alpine scrub) where I have worked before 5:22 a.m. Sky partly cloudy. Still quite dark.Looks as if fog may come in.
Everything very quiet 5:30 a.m. Quite unlike [[underline]] refruncha [[/underline]] area yesterday morning same time!
A few bird sounds 5:34 a.m. [[underline]] Porcelotherarepis? [[/underline]] Then quiet again.
