P.M. strong & NE.
Steamer Alexander comes in at night.

Wednesday June 4. 1873
Morning, calm overcast with a little rain. Later light Easterly wind. All hands at work filling water & in P.M. refitting the storehouse ashore. Get two letters from Elliot.

Thursday June 5
Rainy & SE weather all day at work on storehouse & copys

Friday Jue 6
Rainy & S.E. wind light Write letters. P.M. go aboard the Alexander & spend the evening.

Saturday June 7
Rainy. Blowing Hard from the SE. the Hutchinson arrives from [?] & Belkoffski. Write letters all day 
Evening skin birds.
