g Brun. (Incidentally, Cy is [[underlined]] appreciably [[/underlined]] larger than Brun). The Brun disappears. Apparently leaves flock. But Cy remains behind. Sings phrase after phrase "Trmmph". All Twitters with Intro Notes.

The Cy gradually moves away thru Scrub. I follow it.

Now see that there are [[underlined]] many [[/underlined]] other birds in neighborhood. The Whitestripes [2 green checkmarks]] [insert,in purple]] 6 [[/insert]] and at least 1 [[underlined]] B. [[green checkmark]] [[insert, in purple]] 7 [[/insert]] nigrocristatus. [[/underlined]] Also at least 1 Yellow belly [[green checkmark]] [[insert, in purple]] 8 [[/insert]], [[underlined]] 2 [[2 green checkmarks ]] [[insert, in purple]] 9 [[/insert]] Flycatchers [[underlined] LXXXXI. All birds ranging 2 - 4 ft up in scrub. I also hear both Yellowface and Atlapetes Whistle songs in same general area, but can't see these birds. (Yellowface and Atlapetes Songs not overlapping).

Group as a whole quite noisy. Whitestripes and [[underlined]] nigrocristatus [[/underlined]] uttering R's. But [[underlined]] not [[/underlined]] the Flycatchers LXXXXI.

Birds milling about without showing much obvious sense of direction. But they all disappear at approximately the same time (while I am writing this account). Apparently going up hill.

NOTE: When I was watching the "original" Synallaxis - [[underlined]] nigrocristatus [[/underlined]] group, a single [[green checkmark]] [[insert,in purple]] 10 [[/insert]] [[underlined]] Atlapetes torquatus [[/underlined]] appeared! Passed through the group, silently, and then disappeared. This probably should not be considered a case of joining. (Incidentally, this Atlapetes probably is not the species heard uttering Whistle Songs later. Latter presumably PL and/or [[underlined]] rufinucha [[/underlined]].)

8:15 am. Same area. Hear what [[underlined]] may [[/underlined]] be [[underlined]] Dubusia [[/underlined]] near by. Can also hear Cy Singing not too far away. NODWA. But the Cy songs [[underlined]] do [[/underlined]] overlap those of the presumed [[underlined]] Dubusia. [[/underlined]] Apparently at random.

Starting downhill again 8:20 am. Sun shining brightly now.
A few yards along road, catch up with what is at least partly same flock. Yellowbelly(ies) apparently in lead, but probably only
