6:08 Catch brief glimpse Black Diglossa [[check mark]] [[red check mark]]. Silent. Apparently alone. Feeding clusters small yellow tubular flowers 6 - 10 ft above ground Species almost certainly Albi.
Less noise now 6:12
6:15 am. Pass thru an area which [[underlined]] sounds [[/underlined]] as if it contained a lot of birds. Certainly [[underlined]] B. nigrocristatus [[/underlined]]. But all the birds are keeping [[underlined]] well [[/underlined]] undercover.
6:40 Hear what sounds like Firebellies in distance!

7:15 Come across [[underlined]] huge [[/underlined]] mixed flock. Containing at least 20 birds! In region of extremely varied, obviously humid, vegetation. Tall trees, bushes, lots of trailing bamboo. I certainly didn't [[margin, in blue]] 2 [[/margin]]
identify all the birds; but I did see the following: two [[two check marks]] [[two green check marks]] [[insert, circled]] 1 [[/insert]] White-spectacled Whitestarts (definitely identified - white spectacles conspicuous - yellow foreheads - presumably [[underlined]] albifrous [[/underlined]] - same as near Merida).

1 [[check mark]] [[blue check mark]] [[underlined]] Cnemoscopus ruburosrtis [[/underlined]]; at least 1 [[check mark]] [[green check mark]] tanager [[insert, circled]] 10 [[/insert]] XXIII, which I identified last year

as [[underlined]] Hemispringus atropileus [[/underlined]]; and [[underlined]] at least 6 [[six check marks]] [[six green check marks]] [[insert, circled]] 11 [[/insert]] leaf-scraper-like furnariids (LXXXI). Also 1 brownish squirrel.
The furnariids LXXXI definitely were passive nuclear! (First furnariid I have seen play this role, I think).
Forming at least the "central" group. Sometimes in lead; sometimes apparently not.

(Perhaps comparable BCBT's in Chiriqui). The Black Diglona was seen only briefly. Probably only joined [[right pointing arrow]] group once. The Green Toucanets just joined rear of group once, sat there, and di
