My dear Dr. Schmitt

We are glad to have your letter of April thirtieth with information concerning your plans for the proposed visit at the Tortugas Laboratory this summer.

In accordance with your request, there is inclosed herewith a small book of blank forms which may be used in submitting vouchers to the Institution on account of expenses which you may incur this summer and which should be paid by the Institution.

Sincerely yours
