To whomever is reviewing this page. Some thoughts. It isn't as complex as it looks and its good that the instructions comment that one its okay to be a bit flexible with formatting. Suggestions: Look at the page as 3 columns side by side. He is calculating something in those 3 columns then he takes the results of that and does a 4 column below with text on either side of that column. He ends up with a difference of 34 seconds near the end of the page. This page refers to his writing on May 3 1861.
