P.M. 34[[degree symbol]][[ditto symbols for Calm & fog]]

The usual weather - bad.
This morning we find that Ebirbing & Koodloo who went out sealing yesterday returned last night quite successful each having killed four Seals, making Eight Seals of 175 lbs. average for 1400 lbs total fresh Meat, fuel & light! That will do for my companions of the late Expedition to the Unknown, dreaded land between Frobisher Bay and Rescue Bay.
Now 3 P.M. I aim about starting for Og-bier-sier-u-ping (Budingtonville) with Que-jes-se
It will be a treat to me again to meet my friend!, S.O. Budington. I shall hope to make observations while on this trip that will add to the determination of Bays & Coasts of these regions.
VI. PM - In one hour I am off.
