3d Enc 3d Day Out

The most exciting chase I ever witnessed!!! ([[underlined]] Little [[/underlined]] - in truth, [[underlined]] I thought not [[/underlined]] it was Sunday).
Koo-jes-se shot at Seal - Miss. Had the seal remained a moment longer in its [[underlined]] high position [[/underlined]] (wh. a seal usually makes just before it goes down to get a look all around) he would have shot it through the head (he had my rifle).

Every now & then a thundering from direction of Kin-gaite - probably from ice or Ice bergs.
hVI-m22 A Ni-noo in view!!
VII-15 Last telling shot!!!
[[note]] For description see 5th page of this day's record [[/note]]

Make fast to line & have it now in tow for Oo-pung-ne-wing where we spend the night. The 3d shot of Koo-jes-se hit it in the head. The last shot by Koo-per-neu-ung wh. killed Ni-noo instantly. I had one shot with my rifle - distance not great yet I came somewhat nearer than a rod! Firing from a dancing Boat is not like standing on terra firma. My escape! [[?Tunukdelier]] & Ar-chuk er-zhhun during the chase! The towing the Ninoo slow work.
