Bearing by Az Compass of said [[symbol: Sun]] Mark in Mt of K-gaite 50°
Reversed 229
Mountain on K.gaite side back to [[symbol: Sun]] Mark 16°-50'

This done I gather up Instruments & carry them to the waiting Boat. The other Boat & 2 Kias had proceeded us a few minutes. By the by, this party are going to accompany us to the Head of Frobisher Bay - See-see-uk-ju-a.
As I left the spot near the tupik or where they were - I was surprised at the amount of seal blubber they had abandoned - cast away or rather left for the tide to take away. I dout not 1/2 Barrel of Capital oil was in the amount left on the shore rocks of 11th encampment. The ook-sook - oil of the Ook-gook wh. Koo-per-neu-ung killed yesterday & wh. was left on the rocks when the next tide would sweep it away would have made near a Barrel of Capital Lamp oil. In all what has been thrown away the last 2 days the Innuits of both parties would have been a Merchantable article in the States - & would have sold for around $25.!
