spot not more than 4 feet square one can count exceeding 50 different kinds of vegetation! Mosses, grasses, berry bushes, flowers, Willows almost without limit at least to the patience in ennumerating all.
VIII A.M. Well, I have concluded the desired arrangement with Mr. Miner (Koo-tou-e-ner) & Koo-jes-se to return by way of Kin-gaite side! Thus in the balance of my voyage in Frobisher Bay my Company will consist of 21 souls! [[note]] Really 22 besides myself. H. N.Y. April [[?16/64]] [[/note]]
To-day by the arrangements I now have made we all proceede to Ag-goun, the Innuit name of Head of Frobisher Bay in West or S.W. side. The great reason for the arrangement with Koo-tou-e-ner (Mr. Miner) is that by having 2 Boats if a mis-hap results to one the other will be our "Rescue".

I shall stop (D.V.) 4 or 5 days Head of Frobisher Bay W. or Kin-gaite side. that is - the tupiks will be there, hoping to keep myself on the move during that time.
I shall try & make a land journey across the whole head F. Bay from Ag-goun to Ag-le-e-tune, place of our 12th Encampment. I hope to have good days of Sun that I may determine time (Long.) & Latitude beyond all question or doubt.
Having spent the time indicated shall then commence moving slowing down the Bay giving every chance possible to all the hunters to make their excursions to the mountains for Took-too.
While they are thus engaged, I can be continuing my work here in F. Bay.
I have now [[underlined]] two [[/underlined]] of "Job's Comforters". One under arm & one on shoulder near neck. They make me feel [[strikethrough]] anything [[/strikethrough]] [[underlined]] otherwise than well. [[/underlined]]
