15th Enc. 5th day 28th Day out

Kood-loo returned h11 AM with the skins, Ood-nook & some of the steaks of 2 Rein-der. This makes 11, I believe, of his acquisition on this Expedition.
The weather raw & unpleasant - yet every thing requiring drying is out on the rocks spread out. The Latitude of 15h Enc. is * [[underlined]] 63°-45'-46" [[underlined]] N. wh may be called the Extreme on this side of Frobisher Bay.
[[note]] * See pp125 & 126 Obsv Bk [[/note]]

The other, or E. side of Bay (the Extreme) the same - Place of 12th Enc. 63°-43' 23" but the Bay west of that extends up, at least, two miles further.
I fear shall have no more Sun to-day by wh. to determine time & variation &c
