I asked Koo-jes-se what all that "hubbubb"- noise- meant what was the matter etc?
He said Tweroong had found G-O-L-D!
This started[[guess]] the writer [[underlined]] instat[[?]] [[/underlined]] - I threw my opera Cloak from my shoulders drew up my pants above Native Boots & leaped the bow landing on a sand beach knee deep in Terrioke[[guess]] - I was followed by the rest of my crew who by my act had transmitted to [[underlined]] them [[/underlined]] the [[underlined]] yellow fever [[/underlined]]! I hastened on rather bounded from rock to rock till I arrived at the desired spot - A huge, heavy "yellow boy"  was soon in my hand [[double underlined]] - GOLD! [[strikethrough]] D [[/strikethrough]] GOLD!! [[/double underlined]] indeed was strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] now in the list of my discoveries! Should I not feel satisfied - great as have been my [[underlined]] trials & perplexities? [[/underlined]] 
But alas! I soon found - on the 1st touch of it with the Knife's edge - that it was "The Fool's Gold!"
I retain specimen's of these capitol representatives of the precious stuff!
