"Flag staff' probably means Flagstaff Hill. "Rag" refers to "tattered remnants of a flag" (page 439 of Hall's book. Not sure what "Budington ville" means, but S. O Budington was captain (master) of the "George Henry" Hall's "Ship." Hall named a land feature for Budington, that Hall variously calls "hill."Mount," and "Mountain" in his notes (page 459).
