Bud. may be Budington Mt. "M. T. Ship" may mean "miles to ship." Calculations are a complete mystery to me. Two leaves over (page 6) Hall states he may have made errors in calculations.
Aug 8th 1862 corresponds to page 561 in Hall's book.
