At station [[encircled]] E [[/encircled]] that is in sighting to [[encircled]] 7 [[/encircled]] = 190° - the right side Bay [upper end ^[[S. side]] ] in line 192°. The Cape E. side wh is the turn up to strait part brass 145° -The 300 paces from [[encircled]] D [[/encircled]] to [[encircled]] E [[/encircled]] brings me to Cliffs N. side Bay. [While I pace D. to E. the Boat with crew start out for Enc. & proceede to E. to take me aboard when I proceede surveying Bay up to Deposits of Coal of Fro. thence survey Harbor above venturing on opposite S side to place of Enc. Koo-per-neu-ung  & Miner [[strikethrough]] been go [[/strikethrough]] been gone up the Bay in their Ki-as all the [[strikethrough]] morning [[/strikethrough]] Morning Sealing. At station [[[encircled]] E [[/encircled]] bearing base of Mt at the commencement of Sharko [wh Mt has the [[sun symbol]] Marked Peak] 118° Ex. of Sharko just in sight at this station [[encircled]] E [[/encircled]] & in line Lt Pt off = 107° Get aboard Boat & [[underlined]] Start [[/underlined]] up along N. side Bay.

Onshore are labels by G 'old snow' and Iron Mt.; between H & I 'Coal', [[wavy line]] Waterfall, [[wavy line]] Waterfall, river.
