Knows all about this. Ebierbing says that he has seen it - was quite young when he saw it.  Recollects his father visiting it & giving it young Took-too.  I have endeavored to make out what Bay it is near.  O. at first said it was not far from Toong-wine.  Ming-u-toon is just across on N.W. side entrance to Bay making up there - on day's journey from Ming-u-toon would [[?carry ?out]] to the Bay 1st beyond the little Bay "Beauty Bay".
The name of one Innuit that saw the two ships of Frobisher perpatrated among the Innuits, this name

Innuits at the time the two ships came here very much afraid to go to them. [This agrees with old Frobisher a/c] [[tiny initials "FH" below the terminal bracket]]
After that ^[[next year]] many ships came here - one ship broke in the ice - not smashed on the land - Wind blow hard. The Innuits never go bye the pile of stone that Kod-lu-nars mad (& wh. gives them so many Took-too) without landing & going up to Kiss it.

The old lady becoming exhausted, I ceased my talk with her & took my leave.  Proceeded to the sledge ^[[on the sea ice]] drawing after me another on wh. was my canvass tent.  At 3-40 PM started.  Arrived at the ship VI-30 making the time bet. place 1st (& ony enc.) in h2-m50 (two hours fifty minutes) Br. the point just mentioned the travelling daily improving the snow disappearing from the ice leaving firm dry basis.  In about one week I [[?doubt]] wet sledging will be good for perhaps 2 weeks.  I propose now as soon as possible to get down to where Capt B. is & get Sharkey & team of dogs engaged to be in [[?reading]] to start for Bud. Bay as soon as travelling gets good.
