Morning, heat still continues. Go to Survey and see Mac., Gill and Allen Go to S.I. with draughtsman, work over mail, Zittel etc. Home, evening go to the Dillers to fetch Nettie. Mother goes.
Tuesday, May 12th
Morning, still hot. Go to S.i. work on Zittel. Home, evening read.
Wednesday, May 13
Morning cloudy, warm. Go to Dr Bromwell's, then to office, see draughtsman and Walcott, then to S.I. Work over mail and Zittel. Home, evening go to Geol. Soc. meeting.
Thursday May 14
Cloudy, sultry. Go to mill and to S.I. work over mail and Zittel Home, evening, Pillings call.
Friday, May 15
Day cooler, fair. Go to S.I. Finish Pelecypods of Zittel. Home. N & the children go down to meet Kenneth

Monday, June 10/95
Morning overcast. Take the C.S. launch with Hoggatt & Rodman for their camp in Kootznahoo lagoon, Mitchell Bay. Stop at the Sullivan mine, then go up to the camp, lunch, ^[[Take dory]] go to McCluskey's mine then to the Saginaw tunnel then to the Brightman & De Groff tunnel, then back to tunnel on Mitchell Bay, then back to launch & so back to the Pinta. 8 P.M. Call on Capt. & Mrs. Moore at the Patterson, then to Pinta, leave at 10 P.M. for Juneau
Tuesday June 11th
Morning over cast, enroute for Juneau, arriving about 1 P.M. Dr B. & Purington go over to Douglass Id. The weather being bad, stay aboard, write Nettie 
Wednesday June 12
Morning cloudy with showers. Go ashore & meet several citizens
