Work on Zittell & put up mollusks for Bergh. Home, evening read. turn in early. _____________Wednesday, Apr. 8________________ Morning. Go to bank, & Survey see Gill Baker, & Rizer. Go out on the beach and search the slates for fossils, finding a few: pack them and label. P.M. get a few more until driven in by rain. Evening go up to the Ezekiel house to call on his wife, by boat on the lake. Storming, but not high wind.
