In about two months later corn planting time I layed off in shallow trills about 2 1/2 ft apart and scattered a little well-rotted manure. The first time a light shower came, I planted thinly a [[?]] 2 seed to the row and covered the same. Afterward cultivated as weeds grew. Consequently my bed was as beautiful as the rainbow. This year I have noticed passerbys gazing at my flowers. If you wish success with both vegetables and flowers plant Burpees seed.

Sincerely,
Mrs. J.B. Wylie.
