ALSTEAD COLLIE KENNEL
RAHWAY, N.J.

Dear Sirs/

With reference to (What Burpees Seeds have done for me) I can scarcely describe the pleasure and benefit obtained in two hundred words. In the first place it gives one great pleasure to prepare for, and sow seeds that germinate. The first week in March I sowed "Sweet Peas" which all came through and done well. Since the 20th of June to the present I have had a real show of blossems, which have not only brightened our own home, but have been appreciated by sick in the hospital.

I also grow [[etrters]], [[etnnterhenwms]] [[buepsis]], [[Hockia]], [[bannas]] etc. which at the time of writing are a real show, and the envy of everyone. I also have the pleasure of having the best of tomatoes in our locality, your new Self Prunning. These along with Peas, Beans, Melons, Cucumbers etc. have been the profitable side. I gathered the first [[bocling]] of [[Keclrey]] Beans your string White Wax this last Sunday in June and have had a succession of Peas and Beans right up to the present. Two dollars worth of Peas and Beans have produced what would have cost a least twelve dollars. It has been pleasure and profit growing Burpees Seeds.

Yours Sincerely
Fred Lord
