Dear Sirs:

I hesitated in sending in my contribution for the prize contest chiefly because I am not what you could say a costimer I had always bought a box of Sweet Pea Seeds at the Palace having but little room to plant anything, in fact my box of Peas were not planted at all this year as the ground was unfit but next year I hope to buy again as I love flowers and try to get the best results.

The things stated in the contest are facts. J W. Hill can verify them.
I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed telling them about the $2.00 a lb seed.

Respectfully Yours,

Edward Tidridge
