Dear Sirs:-

One of the most gratifying experiences I have had occured at the Annual Exhibition of the Southampton Horticultrual Society in 1922

I had always bought a box of your sweet pea seeds at the Grand Central Palace during the International Flower show planting them in the Spring and having unusual success with them

In the Spring of 1922 a friend gave me one pound of your mixed pea seeds and I had such wonderful success with them that J W. Hill urged me to enter them at Southampton, at that time we were living in East Hampton L I.
