What Burpee's Seeds have done for me.

When I made my first garden twenty-five years ago, I used the seeds that sold in the grocery store. The results were not entirely satisfactory and I began sending for seed catalogs from many sources. I found it a delight to study them and send small orders to try out the different ones. Finally I tried Burpee and was really surprized when almost every seed germinated.
I found that "Burpee's seeds grow".

We came to Spokane in 1917 and tho we only had a city lot, I had a nice little garden the best in the vicinity. When asked by the war garden inspector whose seeds I used, I told him Burpee's. He said he thought some of the western firms sold as good seed as Burpees.
