Faith

I derive most benefit from the satisfaction in being absolutely certain that the seeds I plant will germinate. If ones seeds are of uncertain ancestry, one will be dissapointed, as I have been, when on occasions, I have seceded from my allegiance to Burpees; lured by lower prices, but with the inevitable result of strengthening my faith in
"Seeds that grow"
And so I say that faith is everything in your own efforts, in the weather, and in the soil and most of all, in the seeds you plant.
As a test this year, I planted in new ground, that had never been fertilized, some seeds I purchased of Burpees three years ago. The result far exceeded my most sanguine expectations, as every seed came up and this I believe establishes a precedent for germinal strength.
Yours for continued prosperity,
Mrs. Clara Satterlee
