we used corn for the table until it was too old. I canned forty-eight(48) cans. Took the blue ribbon at the fair for the best ten ears. Fed the hogs on that which wasn't fit for seed. Saved enough seed for myself and several neighbors and then had seventeen(17) lbs. of seed corn, a part of which I sold.
