Project page 31 is the reverse of Project page 30, both overlying Project page 32. You can see the backward Title of page 30 at the top of page 31; and the backward word "Over" from page 30 at the bottom of page 31. Note that page 30 is titled "supplement for May 28... trip to Frobisher Bay" implying an addition to page 32; and is noted "Executed Sept. 13/63, FH." You can tell 31 is overlying page 32 by the partial glimpse of "May 28" and "P.M." from page 32 peaking out at the top right side of page 31. My guess as page 30 dated May 28, 1861 was tipped into the journal on pre-printed page 51 (Project page 32) pulled out at later date and "worked it." Project page 31 is the reverse of Project page 30, both overlying Project page 32. I'm pretty sure I could identify "Stations" A, B, C, D, & E from a diagram I have seen elsewhere in Hall's papers. Hall begins description of this trip to Frobisher Bay (May 28, 1861) on page 288 in his book.
