Sir,

During the month of February a large collection of [[underlined in blue]] Mexican drugs and one of Japanese drugs were received and entered on the register. [[/underlined in blue]] These drugs are those that were exhibited at the New Orleans Exposition 1884 – 5. The [[underlined in blue]] Japanese drugs are well preserved [[/underlined]] and are [[underlined in blue]] labelled [[/underlined]] with botanical names.  On the [[double underlined in blue]] other hand [[/double underlined]] the [[triple underlined in blue]] Mexican [[/triple underlined]] collection is labeled with [[underlined in blue]] common vernacular [[/underlined]] names and [[underlined in blue]] only a comparatively few of [[/underlined]] them could be [[underlined in blue]] recognized. [[/underlined]] The following is a complete list of them, viz.:
