Parsnips and parsley, two things which I have difficulty in getting to germinate, came in the same profusion as everything else. Head-lettuce, beautifully blanched and delicious to the taste, radishes, beet carrots, everything brought one hundred fold the amount invested.
I should like to speak at length of each vegetable and flower I planted but this is all I can write this time.
