[[underlined]] Extracts from WHAT BURPEE'S SEEDS HAVE DONE FOR ME Contest Letters [[/underlined]]

"Burpee's flower seeds have furnished me much pleasure and satisfaction. From them I have grown flowers to adorn my home, to cheer the sick, to comfort the bereaved, to express my friendship to other friends under more fortunate circumstances, and to add to the impressiveness of church services. By their use I have, therefore, been able to make others, as well as myself, happier, and to arouse in all of us a greater appreciation of the most beautiful thing of nature.

I have derived profit also from Burpee's Seeds, as four generations of my family, during many years, have used and enjoyed vegetables grown from these seeds. I have not only been able to reduce the cost of living by supplying my own table with these fine vegetables, but I have been able to realize money from their sale.

Burpee's Seeds have always produced for me beautiful flowers and nice vegetables in abundance. They grow and are true to their names. They have convinced me of the superior advantages of dealing with Burpee's, where long experience, scientific methods, reliability, and business efficiency afford the customer the very best of service."
