29th March 1931. One of the worst possible days! After nearly a fortnights beautiful weather soft warm rain came on on Sat. morning (28th) & during the night a cold "jam" formed & today we had half a gale from S.E. with sheets of cold rain & sheet. Drove with AM Gwynn to Ashford & home.
