Both Collieries worked 9 hours -
Received all the gondolas we wanted today -

John Kotch, Polish miner, Buck Mtn, 1st West Breast, was hurt by coal falling on him this morning -  Was not seriously hurt -  May have few ribs broken -  Sent him to Miners Hospital - Reported to Mine Inspector -

Vulcan Colliery was considerably delayed today owing to steam being low - Mr Jones told Harry Lattimore to stay at Vulcan and remedy it -

Mr Powell is at work today -
