The Strikers at Hazleton are becoming very desperate - They go in a body to Collieries and stop the Colliery - Silver Brook, Beaver Brook Chrystal Ridge, Cranberry, Coleraine, Mount Pleasant, Audenried Collieries and Washeries are idle - There is a rumor that they will march in a body down to Schuylkill County - If they do, Park Place or Buck Mountain Collieries will be the first they will meet -

Vulcan worked 8 hours short of coal, and cars off on the slope
