Dear Sir:

While in Shanghai in February I saw two packages of Burpee's Seeds so I jumped at my opportunity and bought both of them. One was "New Early-Heading Lettuce", the other "Dwarf Nasturtiums". I planted these about the middle of March in a box which we kept on our enclosed porch and the first week in April I transplanted them to the open.

We began eating the lettuce the middle of April and picked our first Nasturtiums the first week in May. We have enjoyed lettuce continually and our Nasturtiums are still admired by all.

Hurrah for Burpee's Seeds in China!
