"The Prize Contest"

W.Atlee Burpee Co.
Philadelphia, Pa.

Dear Sirs:

Have been raising flowers for twenty years. In that time I have tried many kinds of seeds and bulbs, some higher priced, somexcheaper, but find none equal to Burpee's.

This year I am raising Burpee's only. Growing over one hundred varieties of flowers from seed.

I particularly enjoy this kind of work and find it profitable also, as I sell out flowers in the summer months and potted plants in winter.

I also find that Burpee's seeds are unequaled for lan^[[d]]scape gardening as they inveriably come true to name, height, and color, which is very essential in this kind of work.

Very truly yours
