[[underlined]] For Prize Contest. [[/underlined]]

The hot, dry summer which occur at Wichita, Kansas, make the establishment and maintenance of a lawn very difficult. Last April, 1925, we sowed our lawn to Burpee's Sunny South Lawn Mixture. The results so far obtained have been extraordinary. we have had a very hot, dry summer, but with regular watering our lawn has remained green and beautiful through the hottest weather. Even though started only four months ago, we already have an excellent sod.
Although mowed frequently, the grass shows no signs of withering but rather gives every indication of continued, healthy growth.
