Gentlemen,

I had wonderful success with the Burpee's Brittle Wax and Burpee's Stringless Green-Pod Beans. On seven rows of beans, eight stalks to the row I picked a heaping half bushel of beans. This was the second picking. The third picking will be ready in a few days.

For flavor these beans cannot be excelled and are best for canning as they retain both their original color and flavor when prepared for the table.

This is the second year I have used these two kinds of beans and know I shall use them so long as I have garden space as it is
