For Prize Contest.

I can't tell you just how bad we wanted a really good sweet pepper. Prolific, of uniform size, smooth, and above all, [[underlined]] sweet. [[/underlined]] Well, we bought seed here, there and everywhere. We got peppers of all shapes, colors and sizes, but all hot and pungent.

We had about despaired when we read the description of Burpees Sweet Meat Glory. It sounded good. We ordered some seed, grew the plants, saw them loaded with fruits, tried them, and found that our hopes were at last realized.

And such are our results with Burpee's seeds generally - always satisfying. -
