"Burpee's Emereld[sic] Gem Muskmelon" is the best melon for our northern climate that I know of. I have not given mine the show they should have had, but they are doing fine as it is. The melons average 3-1/2 [[strikethrough]]t[[/strikethrough]] & 4-1/2 inches in diameter and are very prolific having as high as five and six melons per plant. Now as far north as this, where it is difficult to grow melons at all, this would be a fine advertisement for [[strikethrough]]the[[/strikethrough]] Burpee's seed.

"Burpee's Fordhook Early Watermelon", is also doing fine. I believe all Burpee's Annual has to say about it, as well as other seeds.

"Burpee's Golden Dwarf Champion Tomato" is doing excellently. The fruits are very large and prolific. Without any attempt at flattery [[strikethrough]] that [[/strikethrough]] ^[[I think]] what Burpee's Annual has to say about their seeds is absolutely true.
