Burpee's seeds are furnishing me my 'magic carpet' upon which to journey around the world. In no other catalog have I found indicated so many of the native haunts of our garden flowers. No traveler's tale, nor pictured page can bring to us the fragrance, grace and full beauty of growing things. But seeds! What possibilities in them lie! Last year I went to Africa on a carpet of African daisies. This year asperula azurea setosa took me to the dry plateaus of Asia Minor. Burpee's seeds are providing me with the joys of travel in my own back yard.
