Dear Sir

I enclose copies of orders for restoration of property in the cases of Mrs. Miller (No.153) and Manger London (107). No.106 is not Mr. Londons property, but as I am informed belongs to other parties, for whom he is Agent.
Please give me what information you can respecting Dr. Will. Geo. Thomas. He says his house in Wilmington is occupied by a Citizen who rented it from the Treasury Agency. I cannot find any such property in the list.

Very Respectfully
