Beath 6" U.S.C.T. is detained at Camp Cadwallader Phila. by the want of an order to report to his Regt. although the Commander of the Camp affirms that there is no further need for Capt. I very much need his help. It is very difficult to find officers for the pressing work of this Bureau. I have the honor therefore to request that Capt. Beath be relieved and ordered to his Regiment.
