Dec 27 1866 Worth Jonathan Governor &c Raleigh Governor I have the honor to invite your attention to the enclosed copy of a communication from the Agent of the Bureau at Fayetteville NC in reference to a violation of the "Civil Rights Bill" by the County Court of that County and to respectfully request that you will cause such action to be taken as to prevent recurrence of the same and that the Court of Cumberland County be called upon to account for it's violation.
