Lieutenant I am directed by the Acting Asst Commissioner to enclose herewith Treasury Certificate No 290,053 for Two hundred ($200.00) the amount of claim against the U.S. for bounty of Charles Ward formerly a Sergeant Co B 14 U.S.C.T. Also two copies of contract before delivering the same requirements of Cir of Dec 1st/66 from these Hd Qrs. Par 4 will be complied with as in cases heretofore sent you.
