It is now held under lease executed by the "Treasury Agent" There is no evidence that the lessee has failed to comply with the terms of the lease, and it would be very difficult to determine the amount due as a "just compensation". I have visited the farm in person, & found it in good condition, much better than most farms near the camps of large armies.
