28th June 1932. A dull day, very warm & close with NW wind in morning, but a "jam" with drizzle & chilly E. wind in afternoon. No sun till we returned to Duncannon.
Drove to Haggard Bridge, 2 1/2 miles E. of Duncannon, WX & collected in wood for half an hour. Then on to the Forth Mountains, where swept swampy ground & had lunch. Finally to Ballyteige Burrows, Kilmore.
