11.30 till 1.0 PM. "Pollayarry", a small rock bound bog on W. coast between Mullaghmore & Trawallua, Co. SL.
Took some (nine) small Proctotrypids &c, under decaying seaweed at high-tide mark amongst boulders. = 1
Also 1 [[male symbol]] Aphidiid & 1 Chalcid floating on surface of a rock pool. Also 1 [[female symbol]] ick, cf. [[underlined]] Hemiteles [[/underlined]]. On return journey stopped at fork of roads just W of Bunduff Lough [[insertion]] = 2 [[/insertion]] to collect sawfly [[arrow indicating insertion]] { 5 [[2 male symbols]], 6 [[2 female symbols]], all with pale parts vivid green in life, emerged from 23rd April (1 [[male symbol]]) till 11th June (2 [[2 female symbols]) : these are [[underlined]] Pteronidea [[/underlined]] ? n. sp. fide RCLP & Benson, near [[underlined]] Pt. polyspila [[/underlined]] [[/insertion]] larvae on [[underlined]] Salix pentandra [[/underlined]] & on this took two icks :-
[[underlined]] Platymischus dilatatus [[/underlined]] [[2 male symbols]] & [[circled]] ? 1 [[female symbol]] [[/circled]]  [[insertion]] - = [[underlined]] Trichopria [[/underlined]] [[/insertion]] on shore at 1.
