Miss Latham's copy of the Ethnological catalogue is progressing very favourably - six volumes being now finished.
Mr Niblack has been devoting himself closely  to study - and has given some time to directing the installation of our collections of head-dresses.
He will next undertake the description of the various games, etc., with a view to preparing labels and having the specimens properly installed.
My own time has been fully occupied in general supervision, correspondence, and writing description cards for labels.
I have to report one day's absence on leave for myself and one for Miss Latham for which Doctor's certificate is herewith submitted.
