It says Sud (u has an umlaut over it) Tirol, i.e. South Tyrol, which is currently politically mostly all in Italy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Tyrol. At the time Eggers was collecting, Tyrol would all have been Austria. Not sure which is better to list it as now??? Eggers was German (born there and died there), so it is not unexpected that he collected in Europe a bit. S. Eichhorn - H.F.A. Eggers seemed to do most of his collecting in the Caribbean or Ecuador. He died in 1903 at the age of 59. The locality might be "Sud - Tivol', which is in Austria, which does not match where he typically collected (unless H.F.A. Eggers is not the same person as H. Eggers).
