Toessburg??, Westungarn??? Actually 'Pressburg, Westungarn' (mod. Bratislava, capital of Slovakia). Rest of inscription reads: bund[?] beim [..]bner Grelgenberg. Unable to identify any modern town in Central Europe corresponding to Grelgenberg. Also no identification of author H. Labrausky. The locality may be Galgenberg, "Gallows Hill". I'm having trouble interpreting the geography, but this: https://books.google.com/books?pg=PA7 suggests that there's a Galgenberg in the Little Carpathians north of Bratislava, although I don't know what the summit is called now. In fact, it's gothic script: "Bach bei Thebner Galgenberg: Pressburg, Westungarn". Theben is the former name of Devin, suburb of Bratislava. The "Galgenberg" is a hill nearby this village. The collector seems to be H. Labranski (see http://www.zobodat.at/pdf/Ver-Inst-Pflw-Graz_Pl_Graecenses_07_0001-0042.pdf)
